This building is situated within the curtilage of a listed building located within the Green Belt in Seal near Sevenoaks. Planning permission was granted, followed by building regulations approval, for the conversion of an existing storage shed and dilapidated W.C. block to an animal husbandry area for teaching purposes. The build was overseen by REAL design through to completion.
