Over the years we have developed good relationships with local contractors. We now have an excellent all round tradesman on retainer for small projects. This can be as small as replacing a washer or up to a small extension. Our contractor is reliable, trustworthy and tidy.
In the first instance we would meet with you to discuss the project and prepare a specification and estimate for your approval. If acceptable, the works would be programmed in to suit your timescale. If the project was of a larger size then a contract would be drawn up, specifying start dates, finish dates etc.
Building work should be hassle free, on time, on budget and cause the minimum of disruption possible. This is our objective.
