Real Design comprises of myself as Chartered Surveyor, trainee surveyors and administration support working from an office in Tunbridge Wells.

I studied at Nottingham University to achieve a BSc (Hons) degree in Geography. After qualifying I worked on a building site as a labourer for two years. I then commenced training to become a surveyor. In 1998 I was elected as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

I have run my own office within South East Surveys for nine years and have been chairman of the organisation since 2005. During this time I have always undertaken architectural design, project management, surveys and valuations. REAL design has been created in order to focus purely on my passion, architectural design.

To date we have undertaken over 2000 scaled drawings and project managed over 50 builds.

We manage all sizes and types of projects from £5,000 and so far up to £500,000.

Building work is expensive. If your design is rushed and poorly considered the end result will also be poor. We aim to add value to your property through clever design and detailing.

We undertake as much or as little of the process as required, from feasibility through to managing the entire construction phase and handing over of keys on completion.
